Children Under the Age of 18

UrynX LLC’s (“UrynX,” “we,” “us,” “our”) mobile application “NeuCup” (the “Application”) is not intended for children under 18 years of age.  No one under age 18 may provide any information to the Application.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.  If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Application, register on the Application, use any of the interactive features of the Application, if any, or provide any information about yourself to use.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.  If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

The only information we collect with respect to the users of our Application is as follows:

  • Unique Product Code (UDC) located on the bottom of the retail box.

We collect this information by:

  • Scanning the UDC code through the mobile application.

All Other Uses and Disclosures 

Your written authorization is required for any other use or disclosure not specifically described in this notice.  You may also initiate the transfer of your records to another person by completing an authorization form.  If you provide us with written authorization, you may revoke that authorization at any time, except to the extent that we have already relied upon it.  To revoke an authorization, please email us at us at customerservice@urynx.com.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

When you download, access, and or use the Application, it may use technology to automatically collect the following:

  • Usage Details. When you access and use the Application, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Application, including without limitation traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Application.
  • Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and the mobile network information.
  • Location Information. This Application may collect real-time information about the location of your device.
  • If applicable, the technologies we may use for automatic information collection may include:
  • Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our App.
  • Web Beacons. Pages of the Application may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit UrynX, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related app statistics.

How We Use Your Information

  • We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, to give to your medical provider.   For the avoidance of doubt, we do not sell any of the information and or images provided to us.

Information Breach Notification

We will notify you in writing if we discover a breach of your unsecured information, unless we determine, based on a risk assessment, that notification is not required by applicable law. You will be notified without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days after discovery of the breach. Such notification will include information about what happened and what has been done or can be done to mitigate any harm to you as a result of such breach.

Data Security

We have coordinated with third-parties and or implemented measures designed to secure the information and or images you have provided to us on the Application from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Specifically, the unique identification number assigned by your medical office to your specific NeuCup kit is encrypted, and, additionally, the picture of the 10 panel Reagent urinalysis is encrypted.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information and or images via the internet is not completely secure.  Although we do our best to protect the information and or images provided to us, we cannot guarantee the security of such information transmitted to our Application.  By registering, downloading, accessing and or using the Application you acknowledge and agree that any transmission of information and or images is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Application. Additionally, after the information and or images that you provided to us through the Application have been sent to your medical office, along with a report interpreting the images provided, UrynX shall not be responsible for your medical office’s safe keeping of such information, and as such disclaims all liability in connection with any non-permitted disclosures by your medical office.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on our website at www.urynx.com.  The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.  You are responsible for periodically visiting our website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
